After submitting your form we will process in the order that it is received. Typically your form will be processed in 1-2
business days but during the holidays it can take upwards to 1-5 business days. If approved, you will receive an email
from support@vonuo.com with your RMA # and further instructions on how to complete your request. All returns must be
pre-authorized by the Vonuo Customer Service Department. Unsolicited returns will not be refunded and will be returned.
Your RMA # must be marked clearly on the outside of the packaging.
